Our Philosophy

Think. Reason. Question. Experiment. These are just a few of the skills and qualities that children will develop at Noah’s Ark Child Development Center. Since our founding, we’ve focused on supporting kids during all transitions throughout childhood.

Diversity

WE ARE ALL IN(clusive)!

While diversity may include different faiths, orientation, gender roles, socioeconomic status, and ethnicity it is not limited to just these areas.  We believe that diversity also includes the different physical, cognitive, and social abilities that one possesses.  We strive to create a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that not only reflects each child’s unique abilities, but also encompasses their home culture and experiences as well. One of the most important things that we can do to teach our children about diversity is by role modeling that all people are treated with kindness and respect. 

 

We use an app called Procare Connect to connect with and communicate daily with parents. Parents will be invited via email and cell phone number. You will get a code sent to your phone and or email.

About Us

Our Program 

              Noah's Ark Child Development Center is licensed to operate legally under the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services and endorsed by the Ohio Step Up to Quality Program. Noah's Ark Child Development Center is licensed to serve a total of 100 children; of this number 48 may be under the age of 2 ½.  Our license is posted on the bulletin board at the childcare entrance.  The laws and rules governing child care are available for your review upon request. Our center’s licensing records are available upon request including but are not limited to compliance reports and evaluation forms from the health department, building inspection department and fire departments. The Ohio Department of Job & Family Services toll free number is 1-866-635-37489.  Any Person may use this number to report a violation by any center.                                                                                   

The Administrator/ Director and each employee are required to report their suspicions of child abuse or child neglect.

                Why are we here? Noah's Ark Child Development Center has been serving our community for almost 20 years now and we are honored to be a part of this community.  We feel it is our privilege to serve our community to the best of our ability.  Our commitment is to provide a happy and safe environment. Each child is accepted as a unique person with unlimited possibilities for growth socially and emotionally.  It is our goal to build a loving and Christian atmosphere for each child to thrive in.

Noah’s Ark Child Development Center is dedicated to providing a high quality educational child care program with a loving and nurturing “home away from home” through partnerships with our children, families, and staff. We recognize and encourage the strengths and talents of each member of our staff family. Our non-denominational, Bible-centered programs encourage the growth and development of each child to his or her fullest potential spiritually, creatively, socially and intellectually.
